I appreciate your response Colton I am sure some on your team do a good job. But I have worked in customer service related businesses for 20 years and I know the first impression is the most important. So when the first experience I have with a business big or small is bad that tells me something about the team as a whole. I know the sale is important but it shouldn't be so important that people on your sales team want to lie or give a prospective customer the run around is not a good practice. My wife was also going to purchase at Hendrick but not after what I went through. I am a disabled vet and I realize I don't make a lot of money but even if someone doesn't make a lot of money they should be treated like someone that does. Because at the end of the day if you treat someone with respect that person will respect you back.

Mr. Palmer, I will not call you to talk about my review. You took 11 days to try to remedy a customer service problem. That kind of response time is indicative of just how much you care about your customers - not very much. In fact, the more I've looked, the more I've come to realize that the 'bait and switch' tactic is probably standard operating procedure for your dealership - the vehicle in question is STILL LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE. 11 days after I was told it was sold. It's even listed on Rick Hendrick Duluth's site (I know the inventories are one in the same). I was even told by another Rick Hendricks salesperson that the vehicle was still for sale. That only changed when I demanded the salesperson actually put eyes on the truck and tell me it was there. So now TWO salespeople have told me the vehicle is sold, yet it is still on the site. I think I'd rather drive to Carl Black and deal with them. The drive is further, but they don't lie.
