I spoke to Mr Vinel Brown over the phone to check the accuracy of a listing on autotrader.com as the price was very low. After the phone call, I immediately went online to Hendrick's website, but did not find the car, so I chatted with the rep and confirmed the availability of the car, but no price, so I was given the manager's phone # which is really the main # to the dealership. I made the call and Vinel answered the phone and informed me that the vehicle is sold and could not give me the listing price. All I wanted was to check the accuracy of the price. If there was a misprint, then correct it, but don't try to do the bait and switch tactic. I am pretty sure I will not deal with this sales rep. More
