Ultimate Sleazebag tactics I call this morning to see if a Jeep is in stock, confirm three times with Travis Davis. During the call his "production manager" is walking by and h I call this morning to see if a Jeep is in stock, confirm three times with Travis Davis. During the call his "production manager" is walking by and he confirms for a 4th time that the car is in stock and ready for me to test drive. He wants me to make an appointment and I do 1 hour later. I get to the dealership promptly at 11:45 a.m our appointment time. Checking in at the front desk a manger Derek Satterfield greets me and tells me the Jeep will be pulled around for a test drive. 15 mins goes by and another salesman walks me back for small talk. 10 mins later they tell me the Jeep sold over the weekend. I walked out mad as xxxx since they wasted my time. I get back to the office and have my assistant call to inquire about the Jeep including the stock number and she talks to Solomon and he gives her the exact same script, saying the jeep is available and oh hold on there is my "production manager" and again confirms the jeep is in stock. This must be their script! He makes an appointment and is expecting her there this afternoon. These guys are why car salesman have a bad reputation. More

Not sure if I can buy into the validity if these other reviews or maybe folks are just asked to fill this out after their purchase when they are in a high. We negotiated on a vehicle that had been sold a day before, even after being told it was still available from a sister location. Even despite that the negotiations were what you see in a movie. Back and forth and when you go to leave somehow better finance rates are offered. We are not typical buyers. We had over two months of research and knew our credit score warranted a good rate. Through the whole process we felt scammed and only stuck with it given it was the car we had been waiting for as we are not impulsive buyers. Would not recommend it here to anyone and will be sure to share our experience with everyone. More
