Quick Service I called in the morning and was able to schedule my oil change, tire rotation, etc. right away. Immediately after checking in they checked for Error C I called in the morning and was able to schedule my oil change, tire rotation, etc. right away. Immediately after checking in they checked for Error Codes and verified that my wheel alignment was good. They performed the scheduled service and washed the car before returning it. The nice gentleman I worked with before no longer works out of this location so this time I had the pleasure of working with Collision Estimator Mr Davis. The front end damage to my Challenger was completed in a timely manner and although I had to make a second trip back out there from Decatur, Mr. Davis addressed my concern, referred me to an excellent company to diagnose my halo lights and once again she is purring like a cat and lights up like a Christmas tree. 2010 Silverado I dropped my truck off last Saturday with the hopes to get an electrical issue resolved. By Wednesday, I still had not received a call back on my truc I dropped my truck off last Saturday with the hopes to get an electrical issue resolved. By Wednesday, I still had not received a call back on my truck and the diagnosis. I called your 855 number listed on your website. The lady said she had to takes message and it would be 24 hours for a call back. I then called the 678 number to inquire, they told me a tech would call me back by the end of the day Wednesday. No one called me. By 12pm Thursday, still no one called me to let me know what the status was on my truck. I finally got a call back late afternoon Thursday stating they didn’t know what the issue was but did try to tell me other things wrong with it (things I didn’t ask them to look into-ex.. mirror cracked, tail light out). I declined all fixes suggested but agreed to just pay the 139 diagnostic fee. On Friday I went to pick up my truck. Only to learn the guy I worked with (henry) left the company. The new guy then charged me two diagnostic fees (290 dollars) which no one ever discussed with me. I agree I should pay what it required of me but the lack of communication you guys gave me here was beyond poor. Keep me in the loop, let me know what’s going on. It shouldn’t be that I have to call multiple times 4-5 days later just to get information that you should be giving me already. More
