Worst Experience Ever We had a very nice salesman, Matt Foster. But that was where the good part ended. We had a discrepancy in one of their "add on" maintenance charges We had a very nice salesman, Matt Foster. But that was where the good part ended. We had a discrepancy in one of their "add on" maintenance charges and when we finally agreed on a price, I find out at the end of the day they had taken off this service charge instead of taking the same amount off of the cost of the vehicle. I wasn't too upset about it, but the sales manager, came in and was belligerent about the whole issue, claiming that I TOLD him to take the maintenance charge off the price of the vehicle....but, this was the first time I had met the sales manager. I had to remind him a couple times that we had never talked before, but he insisted that I told him to do this. I would have walked away from the place, but had driven 2 hours to help my son buy this car and needed to get this done...it had been a long day as well (it took over three hours to get to the finance department after we made the decision to buy the car). I cannot recommend this dealership.... More

Had 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation w Bought a 2013 Tahoe from Car Max last August. This is our second service with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Had 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation with complimentary car wash for an upcoming camping vacation. The GM offer of oil change, tire rotation is very reasonable. (I am a coupon clipper) Very convenient, price is reasonable and car wash is a very nice addition. All three services took about an hour, my husband and I had lunch while we waited. Very pleased.
