Got a good deal at Rick Hendrick Chevy I gave this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 because of my initial experience coming in for the first time. The first time I came in their was confusi I gave this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 because of my initial experience coming in for the first time. The first time I came in their was confusion and the vehicle was not on the lot to examine or to test drive. This was disappointing and I probably would have left earlier and had come come back later had this been explained to me. I was told it was on an "extended test drive" which made it sound like the vehicle would be back in about an hour. So I test drove another very similar Chevy Impala. I later found out my Impala would actually be gone for at least six hours so it would not even be there until after dark. I would not have tried to negotiate on the vehicle had I know that I would not see it until after dark. I did waste a lot of my time in the dealership on that Wednesday when I could have been taking care of other things. I learned my lesson about negotiating on a vehicle that I have not seen. That was my mistake. However, when I came back on Saturday, the vehicle of course was there and you were able to work with me to give me a good deal. So overall I am very happy with my purchase and Darwin was very pleasant to work with. I do love my Impala very much! More
After papers signed things changed. Best friends before then after final papers signed couldn’t get a call back to save life. No 2nd key w/CErtified pre-owened even though they talked up the fact that it did have 2 keys. Now have to set up appointment to drive 2 hr to have them cut key but no call back. Should’ve bought local. Live and learn! More

I tried an online service appointment TWICE but I did NOT receive any feedback I am giving an overall rating of 3 due to the following reasons: 1. I tried an online service appointment TWICE but I did NOT receive any feedback whether the service appointment is confirmed or not. The only time it was confirmed is when I have to call the service department directly. 2. As an added incentive to your customers, I recommend that you do a quick wash to your customers' vehicles after service. I am comparing this to the vehicle service of RBM Atlanta where they give a customer's vehicle a courtesy wash. More
