Purchase of a Camaro ZL1 To be honest I was a bit hesitant to even go in to the sales department. The last experience I had with Rick Hendrick (Buford area) was horrible. I wa To be honest I was a bit hesitant to even go in to the sales department. The last experience I had with Rick Hendrick (Buford area) was horrible. I was prejudged and ultimately it stopped me from purchasing a new 2016 Corvette. Fast forward 2 years, I find myself back at this dealership getting my 2017 Stingray serviced (great service department btw). I happened to want to take a look at the new Camaro ZL1 as I waited. I was greeted by Shawn Stavish (go see him - great dude) and promptly introduced to the black beast they had sitting on the lot (ZL1). Long story short, the experience was smooth and really laid back. No pressure tactics, just straight to the point honest dealing. No intention of purchasing, yet I leave with a new ZL1 Camaro and couldn't be happier. For finance go see Michael Alfarone, trust me. P.S. Do not let the detailing guy clean your car. More

People were nice but everything else was a problem The sales person and staff were polite, however, everything else was an issue. It took 7 hours from the time we walked in to the time we left. We even told them which vehicles on the lot we wanted to test drive. It took and hour and a half to even get in a vehicle to look at it. Payment was more than we wanted but I finally gave up because we had been there forever. The vehicle started having issues the very next morning. We called and the sales person set up for us to bring it on over my wife's lunch break and said they would diagnose it and get it in for repair right away. When she arrived they took it to the service department and promptly brought it back saying it was covered under warranty and we needed to call and make a service appointment. We are never going there again. Not to buy a vehicle and not for any service. Terrible customer service! More
