Lack of being ready Showed up for my service appointment early prior to 7 am. The service department was not ready to accept customers and the waiting area for customers Showed up for my service appointment early prior to 7 am. The service department was not ready to accept customers and the waiting area for customers was not ready, ie.....no coffee, no water, surprisingly the TV was on. Also, I showed up before anyone else and I wasn't taken care of right away, they took care of another customer before me. Seems like priorities at this dealership are lacking. More
