Will not purchase another vehicle from here My wife was not satisfied with her service or her vehicle. A demo 2017 Chevy Malibu had parts missing on the inside of the vehicle, not given a 2nd My wife was not satisfied with her service or her vehicle. A demo 2017 Chevy Malibu had parts missing on the inside of the vehicle, not given a 2nd key excuses were made about that. My wife told Mr Cain & his manager what she can pay & when we all about to be done. Got hit with a car note I knew we couldn't pay, she cried right in the finance office. The manager came with a different # & things were ok then but still wasn't happy. Signed paperwork to have tent done on windows & got the run around on that too. Me & my wife has called to figure out when the issues for the vehicle pay her car note. No feedback no messages no phone calls, we always got I have emailed the manager & they will get back with you. Being on hold waiting to speak to someone is sometimes a hassle too. WE WERE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER THE THE COMPANY POINT BLANK PERIOD. I told Mr Cain & his manager I wanted to purchase a vehicle this summer but I have changed my mind I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
