Excellent Adventure I searched for quite awhile looking for the exact vehicle I wanted. I am very picky, and I would not accept anything less than a perfect match. I finally found the one ..... the right exterior AND interior color, the right package, AND at the price I wanted to pay! My husband and I worked all day, then drove two hours to RICK HENDRICK CHEVROLET of Buford, Ga!! Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming....especially our salesman, Gary Webb. The team stayed late to make sure we left with our dream vehicle. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and the whole buying experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and I will not hesitate to make this drive again in the future!! More

oil change, tire rotation, front alinement arrived about 8:05am Saturday, 5/12-left around 12:30 or so. I know I didn't have an appointment however I can't understand why it takes over 4 hrs. f arrived about 8:05am Saturday, 5/12-left around 12:30 or so. I know I didn't have an appointment however I can't understand why it takes over 4 hrs. for an oil change, tire rotation and front aline. several customers came in after me and left long before I did-- I understand the time is based on the service being preformed. They are getting better however, as always my air conditioner was on when my car was returned, I don't use my air and the service person should be able to ride 150 or so feet with out it- why don't they open the windows? the tire pressure not set correctly- should be 35-- is never on 35- 3 tires are at 37, one at 36. this doesn't help the tire life as you know. I originally had asked the driver head light be replaced- I declined when the service manager said I would be charged an hour labor since the light unit has to totally come out. the service manager and his boss didn't know/or remember how to accept a personal check as payment so we had to wait for another service mgr to how my person how to run the check, More
