Tune Up/Oil change/Tire Rotation/air conditioner servicing FANTASTIC!! I took my car into the service department on Monday, 5/14/2018 and they made the above mentioned services. Brad was my service tech and he provided a shuttle to take me home while the work was completed. He called me to let me know the car was ready and had someone pick me up from home to reclaim my car. One of the smoothest experiences I have had with Rick Henderick Chevrolet. I own a 2011 Traverse which I love...only Rick Henderick Service has touched the car from the time it was purchased. I know eventually I will have to trade my car in, but right now there isn't a reason to trade...the longest I have ever owned an automobile. SERVICE DEPT - FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! This is not my first time using Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Buford GA and each time I am absolutely blown away by the great customer service provided by This is not my first time using Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Buford GA and each time I am absolutely blown away by the great customer service provided by the team , . Recently my Corvette left me stranded on the side of the road on a Friday night at 3:00 AM , After a stressful few hours just trying to get it to my home I called Rich Hendricks's Service Dept in Buford GA and spoke to a fantastic service advisor named David Blood who advised me on the next steps , we had the car picked up by a flat bed tow truck and brought to the dealership . David assured me that since there was no power and the window was down he would bring it inside . The following Monday it was determined that my motor dropped a valve and would need replacing . After I got over my shock .. David assured me that it would be covered under my warranty and kept me abreast of the progress that was being made such as when the motor was ordered , when it shipped and even called me when it arrived . When I picked my car up Wendy, the service manager took the time to talk to me about the repairs and make sure that I understood the break in process , when the car was brought around it was spotless and you would be hard pressed to tell that it had even been worked on .
