Great unit not ready to deliver The Colorado pick up I bought from RHC of Buford was a great unit and sold at the advertised price unlike a lot of dealers who play the dealer added o The Colorado pick up I bought from RHC of Buford was a great unit and sold at the advertised price unlike a lot of dealers who play the dealer added options at inflated prices game. Yet the only thing that sticks in your mind was the last impression. My office sent back prior to my arrival the paperwork and the purchase amount of the truck and asked that the paperwork and vehicle be ready as I was flying in to Atlanta and had to drive home to Florida that same night. Well needless to say I was left to sit there until after the doors were closed and most everyone had gone home for the night. Everyone was apologetic and friendly but as I tell my employees that does not excuse the fact of the matter. If everything would have been ready to go as planed I could have been worked in between longer closings and avoided the hours of waiting to sign 5 minutes of paper work. More
