The sales department had been a little bit difficult to work with in getting the promised ideas taken care of (not writing the right information on the order, trying to get me to pay for things that were covered up front). However, Rick Eve, the body shop manager, was the best person I had dealt with so far. By far he has been the most transparent of the people I have worked with. He is very straightforward and gets the job done and was an advocate of clearing up issues from the sales department. Thank you for having Rick Eve on your team! More

Long wait Everyone was friendly. The only negative was it took FOREVER. We were there for three and a half hours after. After we decided we wanted the vehicle, Everyone was friendly.
