The sales department had been a little bit difficult to work with in getting the promised ideas taken care of (not writing the right information on the order, trying to get me to pay for things that were covered up front). However, Rick Eve, the body shop manager, was the best person I had dealt with so far. By far he has been the most transparent of the people I have worked with.
