Joshua was awesome! I've been to this service center two or three times now and I can't say I'll take my car any place else, regardless of the price.. I started coming he I've been to this service center two or three times now and I can't say I'll take my car any place else, regardless of the price.. I started coming here after refusing to use Chevy located in Duluth when I went in about an issue with my radio screen not responding or going completely black (the sound still worked). After paying for the DIAGNOSTIC, they returned my car and the radio wouldn't work at all! They quoted me $1500 for an all new radio. A radio, which by the way, the manufacturer even acknowledges the MyLink radio in some Camaro's are having the same problem.... Anyways, every tech at Buford has been awesome, to include my recent technician, Joshua. He was very sweet and informative. I was able to schedule the tech I wanted in Duluth, so hopefully I'll be able to chose him going forward for my service needs. More
