Poor Customer Service Purchased a new vehicle on June 29th 2018. As of today (7/31/18) I have not received any information from Georgia to get my plates. I called to aske Purchased a new vehicle on June 29th 2018. As of today (7/31/18) I have not received any information from Georgia to get my plates. I called to asked if they had submitted the paperwork and found it was submitted on 7/30/18 a complete 30 days later. Asking how to get the plate as the temp was to expire in 2 weeks, I was told to just call the tag office. The Finance persons attitude was rude and acted bothered to talk to me. I called in to talk with a manager and explained my frustration and all I got was someone who only provided excuses and defensive manner. He only wanted to defend the finance person. More
