Where is my warranty? Ok so I bought this 2017 GMC Acadia 3 months ago. Then the car won’t start. I am supposed to have bought extended warranty So they check my car Ok so I bought this 2017 GMC Acadia 3 months ago. Then the car won’t start. I am supposed to have bought extended warranty So they check my car and I have to pay 130 just for diagnose. Plus 160 for battery plus “labor”For a total of 359.67 What a ripoff! More

Battery problem Had a battery problem initially. Bought a new battery at Advance Auto Parts, but the message, "Check Battery Charging System", clerk said meant I had Had a battery problem initially. Bought a new battery at Advance Auto Parts, but the message, "Check Battery Charging System", clerk said meant I had a problem with my alternator. We bought our 2013 Tahoe last year from Car Max, and bought the Max Care Warranty. Our Service Advisor, with Rick Hendrick, Kevin Wellborn, first called me back about whether Rick Hendrick was a certified Max Care repair facility, and then he set up my appt. I needed an alternator (under warranty), and was due for an oil change and tire rotation and needed a right driving light replaced. Kevin was very helpful in authorizing other repairs with Max Care and arranged to get a rental care, included in our Warranty. Our CD player would not accept CD's, so ended up needing a new radio (under warranty), and mechanics also discovered bad rear brakes, and replaced a rear axle seal that was leaking (under warranty). It was a very pleasant experience, from the first phone call from Kevin. He made what could have been a painful experience, pocketbook wise, very easy. And Kevin treated me with utmost respect, by explaining each repair, and cost, and that they did not have the parts and would have to keep the vehicle but he had arranged for a car rental from Enterprise. Am very pleased with the repairs and cost. Very glad I bought the warranty, it paid for itself in just one visit. Thank you Kevin Welborn. Very pleased Rick Hendrick customer. More

Rick Hendrick is right down the street from me, and they've been fantastic. I recently came in with 5K miles on my new Camaro SS 1LE, and they were quick to address all the concerns from a car that wasn't even sold at their dealership. Jeff Bieler was my service rep and hes been fantastic in providing update, getting the paperwork done, and overall just being great at his job. Will definitely be coming back again and will look to get into a maintenance contract with this service group! Great people! More
