The part I liked the best was that after the service I was introduced to the mechanic and we went to the clean service bay and he went over all of the work and showed me the work areas and also gave me a great review of the overall condition of the vehicle. Salesman good, sales manager not so good I told the sales manager that I needed a $230 payment. He called back and said that he had the car and he had the deal I needed. He started me at $325 I told the sales manager that I needed a $230 payment. He called back and said that he had the car and he had the deal I needed. He started me at $325 per month. Why do you guys do this? I got to $259 and almost left but I got 8 oil changes and tire rotations for free. I was still not happy but desperate for a car. The salesman and finance guys were great but I felt lied to by the sales manager. Also I said that I HAD TO HAVE CRUISE and when the car didn't have cruise, I was asked to pay $540 out of my pocket on the car. More
