Came to check out a vehicle that was listed online I had chatted online about a certain vehicle, provided stock #, the evening before and chatted again that morning. Scheduled an appointment and then drove and hour and half only to be told they didn't have it when we arrived! Also, left a mobile phone to be reached just in case. The salesman did apologize and worked with us looking at other vehicles. He stated that he didn't even know the online/chat folks or their location! But what a major disappointment! Surely they have better communications between the two groups, chat folks & salesman, to keep this from happening. Will definitely call the dealership from now on for confirmation and not rely the chat feature. More
