I would never go here again to purchase a vehile My visit to this dealership was on September 09,2019. I found a vehicle online (2017 Chevy Camaro) that I was interested in & was looking to trade in My visit to this dealership was on September 09,2019. I found a vehicle online (2017 Chevy Camaro) that I was interested in & was looking to trade in my 2017 Nissan Rogue SL for something that would give me a lower car note. ****I would like to also add, I am comparing this visit and experience to my experience with Regal Nissan in Roswell, Ga [www.regalauto.com/Salesperon was Jim] where I purchased my rogue and was expecting a similar experience. I was contacted by a Miss Symone who was reaching out in regard to my interest of the Chevy Camaro. I decided to stop in and take a physical look at the car and see if I liked it the same in person as I did online. I made an appointment for 5:15pm and was seen around 5:30. Things were going fine, we walked to her desk, we then went to my vehicle to score my trade-in based on its current condition. She then took the keys and gave it to the service department where they would inspect the vehicle to determine its trade-in worth. **I did my research on various websites to get a ballpark of what I would expect from a dealer as far as the trade in value. I was shown to a new 2020 Black Camaro and then the red 2017 Camaro that I originally came in for. I drove both vehicles but loved the red one. I knew it was the vehicle I wanted. So I knew what was next was talking numbers. A member of the sales team came over to talk to me and the number crunching began. So I knew when I came in, what I could afford, the most I was willing to put down as a down-payment, and the maximum I would spend a month on a car note. So around 11pm, after being at the dealership for almost 6 hours, he finally came back with the numbers I was looking for and we shook hands and began the paperwork process. **Here is where things went left and kept left for the next few days. They were unable to get in touch with the after hours department for loan payoffs for my credit union but I was able to pull up the loan payoff amount from my account information and we estimated after 10 days what the loan payoff would be. **Now one thing I did not pay attention to after being at the dealership for HOURS after being at work all day and not ONCE being offered a drink or snack from ANY of the staff, which I found to be very inconsiderate, was that I was never shown the buyers order for the vehicle, nor was I given the amount that my vehicle I was trading in was valued at. I then get introduced to their finance team member Mr. Zeb, the fast talking finance representative. We finalized all the paperwork and signed everything. ANOTHER thing I did not heavily pay attention to after being super lethargic and tired was the odometer reading. The reading on the papers say 14,500...however the current reading was around 16,000. I had found out the car had been on the lot for over 60 days so within that time frame I'm not sure how that many miles accumulated but again, at this time it was almost 12am and I was exhausted. However, we did the paperwork, I paid my down payment, got my belongings from my trade in and left home for the evening after being here almost 7 hours. Now the crazy thing is when I finally got home, I realized the car had almost no gas in the car, it was around 1/4th full. I contacted Miss Symone and asked do they not fill the vehicle with gas when purchased and she said no not on used vehicles, so again a red flag as just common courtesy I was expecting that all customers of the dealership be treated the same. Now maybe 3 days later I get a call from Mr. Zeb informing me that after getting in touch with my bank and comparing what numbers were ran the day of purchase that I owed another $500 to cover the difference from the estimated loan payoff amount versus the actual amount. I IMMEDIATELY became frustrated and knew this couldn't be so I contacted my credit union. The loan payoff amount I was given was the same loan payoff amount. So I began to look at what the buyers order said versus what Zeb was telling me and drove to the dealership. When I arrived, he of course was firm on insisting that I indeed owed $500 more. At this point I was ready to just give the car back and go somewhere else. So I showed him their buyers order from the day of purchase and the numbers given that night. He then looked confused when he pulled it up on his computer as well and went to the sales department then came back and said I was right and the amount was wrong. So in my head I wondered, if I had not did my own research and just paid what he was saying, would he have even looked at the buyers order before calling me? I also asked again while I was there, do I not get a full tank of gas after purchasing my vehicle and they said no cause it was used and not knew, which made me feel a particular way. I left the dealership knowing I was very unhappy and was not pleased in any way and would never recommend them to anyone. Buyers beware, read the reviews & know what you're getting yourself into.Shame on you Mr.Hendrix More
