The service department is complete garbage. Every time they touched my truck to "fix" something, they broke something else. I had to have the headliner replaced due to a rear window leak and they scratche they touched my truck to "fix" something, they broke something else. During this trip, I complained about the damage, and the service manager, Mark, told me that it "wasn't damaged enough" for him to replace it. The rear window leaked again and when the window was replaced, they chipped the paint. They then had to replace the headliner again due to it not being able to be cleaned. While they replaced the headliner, they broke a clip on one of the rear trim panels. Instead of replacing the panel, they put tape around the bungie retention in order to hold it tight. They finally replaced it after I called them out on it. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you like your vehicle. More

Worst service! Do me a favor and go to another dealership. They lead you on a leash and say “hey we are here for you” not so. Rude sales reps. Did not disclose smoke odor in vehicle. Bought a used 2019 Chevy Spark LS recently. While on the test drive I thought there was a cigarette odor in the vehicle. When I asked the sales employee about it I was told that the odor was from him, as he was a smoker. Fair enough, or so I thought. Upon purchasing the vehicle, the A/C was on full blast and the window had been opened as they gave me the single key to the vehicle (as apparently duplicating a basic key isn't considered a good business practice, but rather a luxury feature you get nickel-and-dimed for). I noticed the smell was still in the vehicle while driving home. The vehicle was owned by a smoker and the odor is stuck in the car. Not a single person including the sales employee, his sales manager, the finance employee, or any member of Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford stated there was a smoke odor in the vehicle. Extremely disappointed not a single employee there had the integrity to disclose this fact. Aside from that, the whole point of the Spark lineup is very affordable cars. However, the dealer adds so many extra add-ons to the Sparks that it drastically increases the price; way above what the base models are advertised at. To the point where it doesn't even make sense to purchase a new Spark at the price point for what your'e getting. More
