Terrible service, terrible leadership, and the worst buying experience I have ever had. Paid $38,000 in cash for a new vehicle and was told it would be ready in 2 days. It has now been over 2 weeks without my car and I have to call multiple times a day and go into dealership to try and get any information. I have been forced to get full refund on my purchase and go elsewhere. Still zero communication from management and waiting even longer to get money back. Only thing they did quickly is take my money. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RICK HENDRICK!!! They do not care about hard working people and are shady in everything they do waiting to rip you off. Brought a my vehicle to Rick Hendrick’s for an ac diagnosis for $220. Over the phone Melvin the service advisor claimed that the technician charged the system with dye but found no leaks. Melvin advised we pay $838 to investigate the system, not fix the problem. Hearing this quote, I declined to be robbed. Predatory and concerning. I recovered the vehicle and charged the system to verify the claim of “no leak”. The refrigerant was leaking at a rate of 5/10psi per minute. A second opinion confirmed my findings. I was justifiably frustrated to be charged for work that was either performed incorrectly or not at all. I took this concern to Alan and Alex at Rick Hendricks service department and asked for a refund on the false diagnosis. They declined and did their very best to lie and gaslight me into bringing the car back. Including briefly claiming no dye was added. Nope. Fool me once… More
