Hello, thank you for your response. Fri. 05/23 bought truck. Was told it should be ready Sat. At 1:30 was told they were still working on it. 4:00 was told it wouldn't be ready today. Tues. 5/27 Told it was ready to pick. Drove the 45 min. To the dealership to find none of the options had been installed. Said they didn't have the parts (sport bar, light bar, side steps etc.). Asked to see a manager. Was told by Manager Zack that because of the inconvenience, lack of communication not having parts, having to wait etc., Hendrick would make my first payment and they would install a spray in bed liner. Fri. 05/30 informed parts were in and they would come pick up the truck. Asked if they were coming Sat. And was told they were busy on the weekends and they would come out Mon. Mon. 06/02. Picked up truck. Tues. 06/03 returned truck. No bed liner and couldn't figure out how to turn on light bar. Wed. 06/04 Went to dealership asked to see a manager. I asked about how to turn on light bar and about liner. Was told one of the parts for the light bar was back ordered. Liner has to be scheduled. Said hopefully by Fri. Mon. 06/16. We t to dealership to pick up thumbdrive with all the sales transaction information on it that they forgot to give me. Also asked about the first payment, the part and liner. Was again told me someone will call. Said the same lady who takes care of scheduling the spray on liner also will handle the first payment. Today 06/19. 5:15pm Still waiting!

Well, it's been 2 1/2 months, several texts, several "someone will call you's" and my truck is still not complete. The person I've been dealing with lately, Sam Whang did, after several texts from me and explaining over and over again, managed to get them to send me the check for my first payment ( over a week after the due date. He keeps on telling me someones going to call about getting the spray in bed liner done but no one has called yet. When I asked about the part for the lightbar he said he didn't know anything about it even after I texted him a picture of window sticker highlighting the Accessory power distribution module that was originally back ordered but has been back in stock for a month. I'm getting very frustrated. Mr. Whang has helped but seems he can't get anybody else to do their job.
