Was not impressed with values given for trade in. Wholesale at least with a Manufacture retail for vehicle. Should have bought the new vehicle instead of new with miles. He was extremely informative, friendly and prompt. The exact Tahoe I was looking for was being shipped so Alan kept constant communication where the Tahoe was every step of the way. When it came in early, he was even able to track down all of the floor mats and cargo mats, so my new car was ready to go whenever I got to the dealership. Alan even made it a point to give us a dealership tour introducing us to many members of staff that we could contact for any different needs we may have.
