From the very first time I spoke with him, I knew he was not like the typical pushy sales guy that I hate dealing with. I felt very comfortable with him from the beginning and because of him I had no problem traveling 2.5+ hours to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet vs going to my local dealership. I ended up having to order/build a new Tahoe and he made the whole process completely stress free.
