We recently experienced a L87 engine failure in our new 2023 High Country Tahoe and had our vehicle serviced using our extended warranty by Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Virginia Beach. Daniel was professiona 2023 High Country Tahoe and had our vehicle serviced using our extended warranty by Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Virginia Beach. Daniel was professional and exacting getting us the earliest appointment to diagnose and repair our vehicle. As we researched the length of time engine replacements normally had taken in the past we became very concerned, but this dealership made it a top priority to get our vehicle back to us just as we had purchased it 3 years previous. Daniel and Alex were very resourceful and supportive providing updates and issuing several loaner vehicles while top mechanics made repairs to our Tahoe. Within 2 months of our engine failure we received our Tahoe back with a brand new engine and in primo condition. Our family is extremely thankful that this dealership and its staff got us back on the road in one of our prized positions. More
