I purchased a 2022 Silverado 1500 from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk on January 3rd. The truck was marketed with a prominent "Hendrick Certified" sticker on the windshield, leading me to believe it ha Chevrolet Norfolk on January 3rd. The truck was marketed with a prominent "Hendrick Certified" sticker on the windshield, leading me to believe it had passed a rigorous inspection. In reality, the truck has a documented, recurring powertrain defect (TSB #24-NA-012) that first failed in December 2025—just weeks before my purchase. This pre-existing history was not disclosed during the sales process. Since owning the vehicle, it has sat in the shop for 21 consecutive days for an identical failure. The service department allowed the truck to sit for seven days before even beginning a diagnosis. As a member of the local military community, I expected transparency and integrity. Instead, I have a truck with a compromised history and significant loss of use (30% of my total ownership). Because GM and the dealership have failed to provide a fair settlement regarding diminished value and long-term warranty protection (Case #461790), I have officially submitted a claim with the BBB Auto Line. I am still open to a good-faith resolution from management, but until then, I cannot recommend this dealership’s sales or service practices. More

3-7-26 I arrived at the dealership at 12:25 After being lied to by Mr. Roundtree many times, I finally left there with a truck at 7:30 that night. If I knew what I know now I would had never went there If you decide to go to this dealership I recommend not to deal with Mr.Roundtree. I had to take the truck back 3-18-2026 the sales manager spoke with me and ask how my experience is going. I replied I will not recommend anyone to Mr. Roundtree and I will never shop here again.
