I was greeted by a friendly face as soon as I got on the lot. Garvinn Charelus ( my car sales man ) showed me everything they had in stock and was extremely knowledgeable about the Chevrolet product. He was extremely helpful and made the car buying experience easy for me. Thanks Garvinn. Also to close the deal I worked with a couple other guys that were nothing short of awesome Ryan Eickelmann, Patrick Greene and Mike Pickett. These worked to get me a deal that I couldn't refuse. Thanks Fellas! Signing the paperwork and getting me out the door was a smooth experience with Robert Spitznagel. I called Ed in a pouring rain storm and arranged for us to bring our beautiful Equinox in on Saturday morning. My future son in law was met by Ed’s amazing hospitality and can do attitude. Ed made our experience as usual very gratifying to know we made the right choice when we bought at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I wish I dealt with people like Ed on a daily basis. Purchase of a pre owned Jeep Grand Cherokee I was driving a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was very satisfied with, but I liked to troll the used Jeep ads just out of curiosity. That particular I was driving a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was very satisfied with, but I liked to troll the used Jeep ads just out of curiosity. That particular day I had checked Naples Dodge and saw nothing appealing. I decided to check Rick Hendrix Chevrolet and they had more Jeeps listed than the Jeep dealer did. One really caught my eye, a 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland Summit 4x4 Hemi with only 42,000 miles on it. I stopped in to see it, only to find out it was up at a NC dealership. We worked out a fair deal and based on the pictures and description plus the trust I had in the dealership, I purchased it, sight unseen. They had it shipped down and I had it by the end of the week. It was everything advertised and more. There were a few loose ends to button up but everyone was very cooperative in making it an excellent buying experience. More
