Well , they surprised me with a acceptable time for a oil ch My rating is because of my past issues with hendricks chevrolet not for this oil change which probably was the first time they did there job without m My rating is because of my past issues with hendricks chevrolet not for this oil change which probably was the first time they did there job without me holding there hands. This place gives me anxiety to go into ,over 2 days for a tire change, caught them lying about rotating my tires which took me about a year to prove, bought extended warrenty for my tahoe and they took my money but never submited it untill i caught them and 8 months and multiple people and phone calls later finaly its supposbably taking care of because of me? Oh yes theres more but suposably they have changed management AGAIN so we will see. And the only chevy dealer in the area so im.stuck or maybe buy a different brand. They were and maybe still are? Very unprofessional and unorganized we bought our daughter a lexus so she didnt have to deal with this dealership. I hope they change but im not holding my breath. Love chevy but this dealership has me thinking a ford or dodge. The service man a delt with yesterday gives me a little hope but the management not so much. More
