Dropped the car off late Monday evening. Was told on Tuesday that the necessary part would be ordered and arrive on Wednesday. Did not hear back from anyone until I called on my own Wednesday and Thursd Tuesday that the necessary part would be ordered and arrive on Wednesday. Did not hear back from anyone until I called on my own Wednesday and Thursday. Finally found out late Thursday that a mistake was made when ordering the part. Car was ready on Friday, two days later than expected, with no communication from anyone at the dealership. More

Complete and courteous service I had an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled up, I was met promptly and directed to Lee the service agent. The wait was a little long for just an oil change but it was busy and I was given the option of shuttle service. When the work was complete, Lee went over all the 21 point check with me and answered all my questions. More

Drove to the dealer without a appointment. The service person ED escorted me inside to the lady who makes the appointments. I was politely taken care of immediately. She made accommodations to drop my ca person ED escorted me inside to the lady who makes the appointments. I was politely taken care of immediately. She made accommodations to drop my car off the night before my appointment and put my corvette inside the building. The next day ED called in the AM and told me what was required to take care of my car. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Later that day ED called and said my car was ready. ED handed me a bill with a smile and I drove off with my car maintenance taken care of. More
