My service advisor Lee Glesmer was awesome! Even though my problem couldn’t be fixed this visit he provided a solution. I’ll need to bring my car back in a week or so and he is handling everything for me my problem couldn’t be fixed this visit he provided a solution. I’ll need to bring my car back in a week or so and he is handling everything for me including rental car arrangements. He is one of the best service advisors I have ever dealt with! Also when I made my initial call for service I was told someone would call me back promptly and it took a bit but Kayla called me to follow up to see if anyone called me back and no one did except her and she was very apologetic and gracious and scheduled an appointment. I’ve also talked to Karen for other things and just wanted to give her kudos too! More

Great service Dept. Karen Stevenson and Matt Fisher were my contacts when I needed service on my 2019 Traverse. These two are absolutely an asset to this dealership.
