I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received yesterday. From Crista, Matt the service advisor and Lee, my service advisor. They were welcoming, kind, professional. Each one filled in for the other because one was busy with something else but each one of those employees made me feel important and welcomed. By far, the best dealership that I’ve dealt with in the 15 years living here in Naples all. Kudos to each of them. Lee helped me find my daughters car, Matt got information that I needed, and Crista took over when she needed to and was delightfuful. More

Fooled by good reviews Let me start by saying I know thisr review is long but the details are specific and not general. We have been looking for a Whiite Camaro convertible Let me start by saying I know thisr review is long but the details are specific and not general. We have been looking for a Whiite Camaro convertible since June 2019. No one had them. Finally, I found one at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Naples, FL. We live in Orlando and over the phone worked with the best employee they have Rose. She was pleasant and honest. After the good reviews we drovea 3.5 hours drive and were so excited the car was there. I knew we would be driving it home. Boy was I wrong.I had asked Austin questions about the extended warranty and was told I don’t know I don’t sell it, you’ll have to talk to them inside. I opened the passenger’s side door and the window from the door got caught on the convertible roof and made a popping noise and the window jiggled. I tried this a few times as I thought it might be a fluke. I pointed it out to the salesman Austin, who said I am not sure about that. He tried it a few times and each time the window got caught, it made the popping sound and the window jiggled. He went and got the sales manager Fabian. Fabian came out and did the same thing 3 or 4 times and told us, that’s the way it was supposed to be. He then demonstrated what he said was normal. He pulled the handle, waited several seconds and then opened the door and the window did not catch. Fabian said this was the way to open the door. I asked if he really thought the average person, was going to wait to open the window. Can you imaging being in the rain and having to wait even 1 or 2 extra seconds. This is Florida, we get sudden downpours, not the misty type of rain. My friend pointed out to Fabian that the other door didn’t do it. So, we tried another Camaro and it didn’t do it. So, Fabian said he would have service look at it and it should not take 30 minutes. and he left, just walked away, didn’t shake hands or anything. We had other errands and after 2 hours (not 30 min) we called, and Rose answered. They hadn’t told her what was going on yet either. She put us on hold and came back to say, that service said this was normal. I have written to Chevrolet Corporate to find out if this is normal since it only happened to this one door and not the others we tried. The only thing Austin could show us about the car is how to open the convertible. The dismissive attitude of the sales manager Fabian was a huge turn off. The only saving grace for service was Rose. I believe she needs to teach her boss how to interact with customers. With all the good reviewed I saw, I am shocked to be writing this one. I guess the others didn’t have to deal with Fabian and his lack of concern or the minimal customer service. Needless to say we won't be back or ever referring anyone from Orlando where we live to Marco Island to where my friends parent live. In fact we will be suggesting any other dealershop More
