Greg and Jesenia were amazing! ! I pulled up with no appointment needing Nitrogen in my tires. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by them with huge, friendly smiles! Greg quickly ! Since bringing my Tahoe to Hendricks for servicing, I have worked with Jesenea Martinez in the service department. She has always been outstanding in every way. Last week, I had a situation arise in wh have worked with Jesenea Martinez in the service department. She has always been outstanding in every way. Last week, I had a situation arise in which I did not know if I had a serious problem or not. I contacted Jesenea who advised me that this was NOT a big problem and that I did not need to spend a lot of money to diagnose a non-issue. It turns out that she was exactly right. This kind of service advice is invaluable. I will be a Hendricks customer because of Jesenea and the service team. Thank you. TJBuck More

Six months ago, getting an appointment for my Chevy Equinox, I drove my Jaguar XK convertible there. Upon entry the sign said “alignment needed”. So I drove to the Jaguar dealer, who advised me that my XK was properly aligned! I do not understand why an honest Chevrolet dealer would have a scam like this - the first thing you see upon entry! Finding your car doesn't start on the first day of your maternity leave- days before you're due to give birth- is the last way anyone wants to start their day. I had my vehicle towed to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet to figure out what was going on. Eric was the most patient and kind service technician. He helped me to get my car checked in and a rental car lined up, even assuring me that there was flexibility if I was in the hospital when my own car was done and the rental car was due back. We thought I'd have to be shuttled to the airport to receive a rental, but he worked it out to receive one right there on the lot. He even offered to help me move my hospital bags and car seat over to the new vehicle. This is not how I expected to spend my day, but I couldn't be more grateful for the smiling face on the other side of the counter as I did! Wonderful service. More
