I have never felt so cheated. I brought my 2020 corvette in for transmission oil and filter change. I was assigned to a young lady with a heavy accent that I had trouble understan I brought my 2020 corvette in for transmission oil and filter change. I was assigned to a young lady with a heavy accent that I had trouble understanding. She shoved two pieces of paper in front of me and said sign these never explaining what they were, I admit I should have asked. She never mentioned a cost and i should have asked but assumed it would be comparable to other dealers I’ve had the same service. I was amazed when returning to pick up the car was charged $2,400. More than twice more than the other dealer charged me and almost 3 times Google says it costs. I bought a 2021 Traverse from Hendrick which will be the last time I will do business there. Totally a rip-off. More
