DO NOT deal with this dealership as they will sell a truck out from underneath you to be greedy and get more money! I waited over 6 months for this truck to arrive and had family vacations planned around this truck. I thought they would make it right with me but basically just offered to order me another truck with a price increase! What a joke…please do not make the same mistake I did and waste you’re time here! Go see another Chevy dealer. More

I refused to be intimidated by them and lost my car I’ve been waiting 16 months for. This dealership has zero integrity More

Probably competent service...who knows. The labor rate is flat out outrageous ($190 per hour). I didn't hire a consultant...just wanted my car fixed. In fairness, the service guy told me...I just didn't have much option. I can't really evaluate the quality of the work done as time will tell (8 injectors replaced). My primary issue is price. I checked with a friend who owns a Chevrolet store in my home state. It's fully 25% more here. More

Realizing that this is an older model vehicle, she did her diligence and thought she found a 'good one' at Rick Hindrick Chevrolet and started the purchasing process. The vehicle was delivered nearly 2-weeks after the initial sales order was placed due to an oil change, brake service and repair to the sunroof. The sales rep drove the vehicle from the dealership in Naples to our residence in Orlando, which is around 3-hours north. They were playing nice until my wife actually received the vehicle and realized that it had been severely damaged in some kind of apparent accident. There were deep scratches down the sides and on top of the vehicle, and very poor body work done to various panels. The sunroof was so bent out of shape that it didn't work. The passenger door rubbed against the front fender and various interior components literally fell off the vehicle from improper repairs. There were pine needles, sticks and debris lodged throughout the undercarriage, as well as a tree branch that had impelled through the side molding. The stick was still in place when the vehicle was delivered. It had 3 brands of used tires, mushy brakes, whining noises coming from the transmission, and had a terrible shake at speeds excess of 30MPH. The vehicle wandered and veered all over the road and difficult to steer without both hands. The interior looked like it had been somewhat reconditioned, but upon closer inspection it appeared to have been mulled by a large animal. I am 100% serious with this description and have photos to back it up. There was not an inspection period or test drive as promised. It took the salesman about 15-minutes to chat my wife up and get the signed papers. He was in a big hurry and didn't have time for anything else except to make sarcastic comments about everything. It was simply a big distraction to dump this xxx off and get his commission. I am astounded that this guy would drive this car for over 3-hours at speeds in excess of 70MPH and acted like everything was great. He has no conscience and should be ashamed of himself. The situation worsened as we tried to return the vehicle. We got the run around. Calls going to miscellaneous voice mails, no returned phone calls, no returned emails, and when we did actually get to talk to someone...they were excessively rude and patronizing. I have a recorded call between us and the used car sales manager where you can hear people standing around the desk laughing at us. This is absolutely insulting and will never be forgotten. This nonsense went on for nearly a week. When we did finally get the vehicle returned, it was based on me telling them on Wednesday that "I would be dropping it off at their dealership on Saturday morning." I did not hear from anyone until the general manager finally replied on Friday and said that he'd take it back with a full refund. After spending 6-hours on the road to make this happen, I was feeling thankful that this situation was behind us. However, I was further insulted that it took them around a month to get the finance matters resolved and my wife's name cleared from any financial responsibility and funds returned. Incompetence, stupid, vengeful...ALL of the above. This entire experience could have been avoided IF the owner, Rick Hindrick, actually cared about his business and engaged more proactively with his staff. This particular location is no better than a sketchy 'buy here - pay here' used car lot, and I not only don't recommend them...but urge you to stay away from them. On a final and lighter note, my wife wore a blouse with lemons to return the car. A little laughter was needed to get through this humiliating experience. By the way, when we pulled into the parking lot with this xxx, most of the staff disappeared. Perhaps they knew there was an extremely pissed off customer coming onto premises? Conclusion? DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANY RICK HENDRICK DEALERSHIP! This creep doesn't deserve it. More
Please note that I have a Chevy Silverado 2020. I bought this vehicle a few months ago (0 miles). A few weeks after I got a warning light about the TPMS. I went to the dealership and they replaced the TPMS. this vehicle a few months ago (0 miles). A few weeks after I got a warning light about the TPMS. I went to the dealership and they replaced the TPMS. A day after, the vehicle showed the same warning (TPMS light). I went back to the dealership and according to them the TPMS were replaced once again. My vehicle is equipped with surveillance cameras (24/7). I decided to check the playback and I found that the truck was parked in the repair shop for three hours and they did not actually replaced the TPMS. They just relearned the old/broken TPMS in order to eliminate the warning light. A few days after, the same warning came back. I went to the dealership and this time they said that 3 of the TPMS were bad and they were gonna replace them. I told the service advisor that the last time I was there they did not change the TPMS. I explained that I have surveillance cameras installed in my truck and I have the evidence. They service advisor (Clinston) told me that this time the job was going to be properly completed. Well, they decided to disconnect my surveillance cameras in the repair shop while I was waiting for the repair. Unfortunately, they forgot to turn off my gopro which I had it on the entire time. After reviewing the videos in my gopro, I found out that they never replaced the TPMS again. All of them are a bunch of thieves. They don't care about customers. Next week I will be back again to talk to the manager (Jack) (which I believe he is part of this gang) and talk to him about my situation. This dealership is a nest of rats. They are awful! More
I was in the Dealership last Friday (5/28/21) for the oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of TPMS. According to the technician, they replaced 3 TPMS that were broken. The TPMS light went off and I def change, tire rotation, and replacement of TPMS. According to the technician, they replaced 3 TPMS that were broken. The TPMS light went off and I definitely was happy about that. Once I left, the TPMS light came back on. I returned next day (5/29/21) and I was told some other TPMS were not properly working too. I told the technician that 3 TPMS were replaced the day before and now I have some more TPMS broken too. Interesting! According to the technician, he finally decided to replace the one that was not replaced the day before. Note: 4 TPMS broken and replaced. Once I left, the TPMS light came back on again. I personally think they are not replacing anything. They are just recalibrating the ones installed from factory and make the TPMS light disappear. The truck is under warranty. I am not paying for any defective parts. I think they are taking the parts and selling them in the black market. As a costumer you definitely do not see if they are doing the job. All you see is the invoice indicating that some parts have been replaced and in reality that is not happening. The issue with the TPMS is still present and I have been in this dealer 3 times for the same concern. All what they do is take the truck to the back where you do not see anything and give an invoice. Also, every time I go my door handles are full of grease. For sure something is not right in there. Listen to me, I know just a few thing of what they really do with your car. Thanks for your attention! More
