I have a 2020 silverado 1500 Custom. I took it to Rick Hendricks in Naples because the transmission would slip every so often. The service person wrote it up and told me they would check I took it to Rick Hendricks in Naples because the transmission would slip every so often. The service person wrote it up and told me they would check it out. This was the last part of July. I never heard anything for several weeks. I was finally informed that the problem was that the radiator sprung a leak into the transmission side of it causing radiator fuild to enter into the transmission. They told me that they had order parts but some were back ordered. So the wait continued. finally after not hearing anything else, I went to the dealership. This was a month and a half after I took it into the dealership. I spoke to the service manager. He told me that the repairs are not covered under warranty because it was a radiator malfunction. This didnt fall under the power train warranty The bill would be over $5000. I was never once told that this was not a warrenty repair. I was never given a estimate either. The manager blamed it on the service writer that was new and didnt know better. I told them I was not going to pay $5000 because they never informed of the cost or asked for permission to cotinue with the work. They just order parts without my knowledge . I told them to put it back together and I would be in to pick it up. Shortly after I returned home, I got a phone call from the service manager. He said all I would have to pay for was just the radiator. He said that it would only cost $800. he said for me not to tell anyone. Why did he realized they mess up or was it they were trying to scam me out of money. Another issue is that they made arrangement for a rental car from Hertz. which I have had for over one month. I recieved a voice mail the other day stating my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I can have it towed out anytime now. I better be able to drive it like I did when I took it to them. They also said I need to make good with the rental company because they told them GM will not be paying for it. They want me to pay for the rental car because of their lack of communication. I will have my vehicle taken to Estero Bay Chevrolet to have it repaired right. They already told me that it will be cover 100% with no deductible. Rick Hendricks failed to check for any extended warranties. I will never take any of my vehicles to Rick Hendricks again . Very poor service. More

Avoid any of the Hendricks Dealerships, I bought a car at their dealership in Naples Florida. I have traded the vehicle in, 1 month later I am still waiting for my gap refund. After taking to Hendricks corporate customer service Aaron Gaymon and getting no resolution I have submitted to BBB and all of their websites. All I want is my gap refund.
