I have never gone there even for a simple oil change that didn't take over 3 hours. I thought once new service area was completed it would improve, it did not. My most recent experience was even worse. my w didn't take over 3 hours. I thought once new service area was completed it would improve, it did not. My most recent experience was even worse. my wife hit a curb and the steering wheel turn a quarter to the right. Every thing work fine, drove for a month, no problem. Brought in to be diagnosed, after 3 hours was told it would cost thousands to fix and I should not drive. I drove it to the collier good year service center. they fixed it for few hundred dollars. I have been driving for 3 months no problem. Avoid this dealership at all cost unless you don't care about your money or your time. More
