Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Naples advertises competitive pricing but then adds "optional" add ons that they say cannot be removed. It's a dishonest practice that needs to stop. They were able to credit us pricing but then adds "optional" add ons that they say cannot be removed. It's a dishonest practice that needs to stop. They were able to credit us the $1500 for LoJack that we did not want but would not remove it. They then forced us to sign a statement saying they can use our likeness in marketing and to make a review while they watched. Very dishonest and abusive practices IMO. I would not return to any Rick Hendrick dealership. More

To say I was offended and completely disrespected by this dealership would still be an understatement. As a returning customer who has come over from Ft. Lauderdale to make personal and business purchases fr dealership would still be an understatement. As a returning customer who has come over from Ft. Lauderdale to make personal and business purchases from this dealership based on their customer service and fair pricing, I expected to once again have an amazing purchase experience. In fact, I was swapping out the traverse lease that I obtained from Hendricks in naples for a new traverse lease. I contacted my old contact who turns out was now an ex sales manager from Hendricks. Regardless of not working there he told me to give them a call and they’d do great by me again. I provided the info on the traverse I was interested in and had no intention of talking to any other dealers as my Previous experiences here had been wonderful. I submitted the car fax document showing my vehicle was worth $5k more than my buyout on the lease. To my surprise, the salesman sent me an offer that was absolutely terrible and I know they know it was terrible as they didn’t even follow up with me to discuss and try to work towards a deal. Quite frankly it felt like a slap in the face and they made it clear they no longer wanted my business. The Hendricks offer was for a vehicle with an msrp of $50,345 and they offered $25k for my current lease which was $5k less than the Carmax offer. After all the other addons the purchase price came out to $52337 and the payments would be $988 per month for 36 month lease with zero downpayment. I couldn’t believe it and it warranted zero response from me as it was clear they could care less about me being a retuning customer. Due to that offer I called my old contact who helped me to locate a local dealer and helped me to negotiate a deal , I contacted Greico Chevy in ft laudedale and presented the vin for a new traverse on their lot, provided the Carmax offer, and we were able to negotiate a lease purchase on a vehicle with an msrp of $51,590, $29,500 for the trade in, and the final price of $43,923.. to recap, I got a more expensive vehicle than Hendricks offered (Greico vehicle msrp $1245 more than Hendricks vehicle) for far less than Hendricks wanted, with payments $366 less “Per Month” with no money down.. my advice, don’t trust Hendricks and complete your research before agreeing to any deals. They clearly don’t value prior customers!! More
