My complaint was in reference to the treatment we received in the sale department , and thank you for responding to my review with all those reviews of your service department which has no bearing at all of what I am talking about. Remember you called me about trading in my 2016 cruze. When I told the salesmen it was a lease and I had decided to purchase the car he told me he could help me with that and I told him I had two months to go on the lease he said no problem I could come in and he would start the paperwork. After two hours I was asked how I was going to pay for it. I was under the impression I had two months left before I would have to pay. That being said I was told I would have to pay 500.00 to have the car inspected No sure what that is about since I have been the only one driving it for the past 40 months. they told me it was important to get the inspection done within 5 days and they would call me to set up an appointment still no call !. More

Service Center. Employees like Edward McKeon in service, and Jesse in oil service,and Ernie in parts. Are your best assets. The new service manger. That's only been Employees like Edward McKeon in service, and Jesse in oil service,and Ernie in parts. Are your best assets. The new service manger. That's only been there a few month. I'm sure that she's a very nice person. But somewhat of a disappointment. Compared to your last service manager, Garry Ferry. She dose not interact with the customers base. A very important attribute for anyone that calls one self a "manager." The numbers will ultimately reflect the bottom line. I have been a regular/loyal to this dealership, since 1994. More
