Within 1 month my breaks started to fail, the light for my license plate never worked, the side of my backseat appears to have been bitten by an animal, and water comes into my vehicle through the back door. (After being aware of the problems, I have visited the dealer and was told I had to pay for the damages that came with the vehicle) I have visited Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and I still do not have a solution to my problem. All I was told, was to speak to the manager and I still have no response. I have had such a terrible experience. sold me a car with bad suspension drove over 2 hours to see and purchase the vehicle. i saw that someone lowered the height of the vehicle and I questioned that at first but I was assu drove over 2 hours to see and purchase the vehicle. i saw that someone lowered the height of the vehicle and I questioned that at first but I was assured that the car drove fine and handled well. i took it for a test drive notice that the driver side mirror didn't work and the TPMS needed to be fix both minor thing I over looked as those are easy fixes. while on the test drive I notice the car was making a knocking sound every time I went over a bump, I brought that to there attention and I was assured that everything was fine with the car and that when you hit a big bump you might hear a knock, they even took it in the back to be checked out and the manager took it for a test drive and i was told that everything was fine, 3 days later the knocking sound got worse I couldn't take it back to the place where I bought it because I live 2 hours away so I took the car to my local shop where I was told that i needed a new passenger side front cv joint and all four shocks were bad and needed to be replaced or I could do damage to the other suspension components. I feel like I was taken advantage of and lied to bout the state of the car, if I knew that all four shocks were bad I wouldn't of bought the car. I feel like I wasted money on a car that wasn't worth what I paid for it More
