Major engine repair/ no ac I was very annoyed when we arrived with our 2015 Silverado making ticking noise and the ac was also not working. We met Lee who assured us he could get this taken care of. He had the shop foreman come out to listen to our truck. Frank Explained in detail what needed to be done and gave us a time when it would be done. We were surprised to say the least when Lee called us a day early then promised that it was completed washed and ready! Really happy with the service we received from everyone we had contact with. Service I brought my car in for service and was acknowledged very quickly by the greeter even though they were extremely busy. I waited a couple minutes and I brought my car in for service and was acknowledged very quickly by the greeter even though they were extremely busy. I waited a couple minutes and the service manager greeted me while I was waiting and said as soon as an advisor frees up they would be right with me. My service guy was Lee who was very nice and fun to deal with. My car took a bit longer than expected but when the service manager noticed I was still in the waiting room she checked on my car and explained the delay and then asked if she could put the TV on what I’d like to watch. It’s the little things that matter. I love the changes this dealer is making. More
Don't go there.!!!! I had a leased 2015 Malibu and my lease will be over in a few weeks. I would have liked to have the new model for the next three years and went to the dealership in Naples on 10-17-2017. After I could finally convince the first salesman that I do not want to buy one but lease I met Guy Palermo, a very nice person who worked with me for more than two hours to get a good deal. He went back and forth between the manager and myself and when I finally had to leave we made an appointment for Thursday the 19th at 1.30 pm to get it done. When I came there on 10-19 Guy was not there and I was told that he had an emergency to take care of. The manager came and asked what I was looking for. I told him that I will not start from scratch after having spent so many hours there already. Another salesperson pulled up the papers from the computer and it was exactly what I did not have accepted two days earlier and Guy promised to work on. I was told that there is nothing they can do and therefore I left. It's not that I wanted anything out of the ordinary just a fair price with a downpayment of several thousand dollars for an experienced Chevrolet customer. I did not get it and will not ever drive a Chevrolet again. Not only that the dealership is looking awful, worn out chairs, dirty look, no nice area to sit or get a good cup of coffee, the people are not well trained, not too friendly and impolite. Rick Hendrick should send some people there to check it out. What a difference at Germaine Honda or Germaine Toyota, nice, friendly, well organized and clean look. I got a new Camry the same day and I am happy about it. More
