Best Chevy dealership, Best Service, best sales team, five d Took both my trucks in same day, one for tire sensor, the other to install cool accessories. Terry my super service writer was waiting for key drop off and I was on my wan y in under two minutes. He called when each vehicle was done, and both we perfect after being fixed and updated. The whole team in service and parts including Mario our mechanic tech, Terry and the parts guys are all well trained and have positive can do attitude. Highly recommend Rick He stuck Chevrolet for sales, Service,parts and anything Chevy or GM. Well organized and super friendly people aiming to please. Thank all of you. More
Worst car purchase experience wver I searched the internet for this specific Camaro convertible. When I finally found it at He Erick Chevrolet in Naples I was given a price in writing.I I searched the internet for this specific Camaro convertible. When I finally found it at He Erick Chevrolet in Naples I was given a price in writing.I said the contract and sent it back. I never received a copy with their signature. One week later I get a call from their finance guy that they made a mistake and the price was going to be increased by $2000. He said he would look into trying to discount the hood which I was purchasing from the dealer as an accessory. Two days later after not hearing from them I started to get concerned that I was going to lose my dream car do I called and asked for the GM Patrick. He explained that he could not do anything about the price, that the only control they have with pricing is with the price of the vehicle. However he was not willing to work with me on their error and gave me the option of returning me deposit of $2500 and voiding the contract. I have never heard of such bad fussiness practices in my life, however I have never dealt with Hendricks Chevrolet before so maybe that is why. The entire deal process was a disaster, even after I received the car , I got a phone call that all the paperwork that I signed was wrong and it needed to be redone. They sent me all new paperwork but I have yet to hear from the notary that they said would be calling me? More

Service I did not have an appt but arrived shortly after you open and Ryan Malinowski took care of me and did a great job. Also, the ladies who work with your service advisor's are so sweet and helpful. I was leaking coolant and water and the car was serviced and then when I started home I noticed the car holding back when the speed got up to the 20-30 it did not want to go it felt like it wanted to stall out. I was scared to drive it to far and new that something was not right so I went back to the dealership and talked with Ryan again and he took it just to the end of the drive for the dealership and it did it to him plus the check engine light came on. Took it back to the Mechanic and turned out a hose was not put on all the way he fixed and the car was fine. Ryan did a great job. More

My complaint was in reference to the treatment we received in the sale department , and thank you for responding to my review with all those reviews of your service department which has no bearing at all of what I am talking about. Remember you called me about trading in my 2016 cruze. When I told the salesmen it was a lease and I had decided to purchase the car he told me he could help me with that and I told him I had two months to go on the lease he said no problem I could come in and he would start the paperwork. After two hours I was asked how I was going to pay for it. I was under the impression I had two months left before I would have to pay. That being said I was told I would have to pay 500.00 to have the car inspected No sure what that is about since I have been the only one driving it for the past 40 months. they told me it was important to get the inspection done within 5 days and they would call me to set up an appointment still no call !. More
