Went for a truck and it included a positive experience We went to Rick Henrick’s Chevy looking for a new 2018 truck to replace my vehicle. Austin greeted us as we walked up. He took us to see the specific trucks we said we were interested in viewing. He quickly had us out for a test drive and answered our questions. Upon returning Austin introduced us to Fabian. We all sat down to discuss the purchase. My husband and I decided it was high for our budget. Fabian and Austin didn’t pressure us into a purchase but offered to check if there was something on the lot that would fit our wants and needs. They brought another truck up to the office for us to test drive. Both Fabian and Austin helped us to see this truck was what we were looking for in a vehicle. The best part it wasn’t through pressure tactics but honesty and transparency of going over a few other truck invoices. Even the paperwork process with Finance went well. Robert covered everything but kept the process moving forward. Robert continued to keep in contact several days after in regards to finishing the paperwork process and was very helpful. The only thing negative part of the purchase day was that it was Sunday and Robert was the only financial person in the office. It was a long wait between deciding to purchase and signing the paperwork. I am very satisfied with my experience at Rick Hendrick Chevy and even happier with my new ride. More

Horrible service I was unable to make the appointment when I wanted. My next service was due around 25000 mile mark. Because of this I went over by 400 miles. I was told that my next service would be free by the service person on the last visit. This time they told me I was over my 25000 mile limit and it void my free service. My spot was 3 pm. It took Terry over 10 minutes just to get me in the system. I was told it would be 1.5 hours until it was done. Just an oil change. I also ask for my wiper blades to be change. They did not. Worst service I have ever had. More

Nail in tire I went to Henricks to have a nail removed from my tire. Joseph was a huge help. The nail didn’t affect the tire and he was honest and trustworthy. Long wait and wanting value proposition I came into get an oil change, and it took two hours. They offered to change out the cabin filter and replace blades, but took an hour just to go thro I came into get an oil change, and it took two hours. They offered to change out the cabin filter and replace blades, but took an hour just to go through the diagnostics. I wished they had told me they were going to do the diagnostics test, I would have managed my day differently. On the sales side, they were unwilling to give me a quote in writing. When I told them about Carmax, Ryan the manager said Carmax was overpriced. Not true. He gave me a quote of 5000 for my 2012 Chevy Volt, and 1 hour later Carmax gave me 8,000. I asked about the Chevy Bolt EV and the whole team seemed to lack knowledge about specifications, as well as the charge requirements. The only thing they could do was read the price off the label, which wasn't much value add, as my 6 year old could have done. Overall they didn't seem to care about my business, I have sold and bought 6 cars with Carmax, they offer better value on the buying and selling end, not a lot of talk, just easy and simple business processes, and long-term focus thinking, no wonder they are many times bigger than individual dealerships. More
