Very slow service The service Dept is very slow. I called for an appointment and was given a time of 8:45 am. I sat in an old very uncomfortable waiting room packed and The service Dept is very slow. Best car buying experience thanks to Carlos & Jesse I had one of the best car buying experiences thanks to Carlos Rodriguez and Jesse Dorestill. They were not pushy but also willing to put in the effort I had one of the best car buying experiences thanks to Carlos Rodriguez and Jesse Dorestill. They were not pushy but also willing to put in the effort to make a deal so my husband and I could purchase a car within our price range. We came back a couple times before we bought the vehicle and each time they were extremely patient. If I had any questions, I would text Carlos and he would respond within the minute. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. When my car was being appraised, I had to change my 1 year old. There wasn’t a family bathroom and a manager (who I failed to get his name) was kind enough to lend me his office. The fact that he was observant enough to see what was happening was really thoughtful. People always tell me to drive an hour+ north to buy a car for a good deal; but I can honestly say I will be coming back to this dealership for all of my car buying needs. In a few months I will be purchasing another SUV. Up until this last weekend I was looking at different makes and models; from Kia to Hondas. After buying a car from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Naples, I will absolutely be returning here again. I have saved Carlos and Jesse’s cards so that I can work with them again. More

Simple jobs take forever I have even made appointments so I can be in and out quicker to no avail. A simple oil change takes over an hour and a half. I was offered a car wash I have even made appointments so I can be in and out quicker to no avail. A simple oil change takes over an hour and a half. I was offered a car wash but had to decline because it would have taken another hour. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone!!! I won't be a returning customer either. The only reason I do service there is because it was included in the sales contrsct. More
