Annoyed Brought in my Tahoe for servicing and had to come back the next day due to fan noise as wasn’t put back properly as changed filters. Came to pick it up at 2 and couldn’t even wash the vehicle during that time. Spent only $166. (Sarcastic). Came back next day for the noise and was told it takes 5 minutes and will wash car as well. Told him I was in a rush. 45 minutes later and still no sign of car, I was annoyed and aggravated. Told him to forget the wash and bring the car out as I was already late and in a rush. Can’t be saying it will be out in 15 minutes and 45 minutes later still not ready. Brought car out and still had soap on it. Seriously?!? Anyhow, first time and last time there. Thanks but no thanks! Horrible experience. Service advisor was nice and polite but doesn’t make up for my horrible experience. I don’t want to name the advisor. More
