I marked my overall experience a 3 because I was not happy with the finance guy, happy with the rate that I got but not happy with how things were written in order to push the financing through. Pricing I gave a 3 also because I believe I should have gotten a better deal especially since my boyfriend pointed out that there were cars the same model with more features at the same price or lower than mine. Of course we didn't notice this till we had signed the papers on my car.... go figure. More
