Its been a couple years and I purchased a 2004 honda back when I lived in NC. The car was great at first and after a few months started having issues after issues. I then looked on the gwinnett site since this was the area I worked in and looked for a newer honda. I then made an appt to check one out at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet. The day came for me to go to the dealership and I forgot I signed up to go to Chevrolet instead of Honda. Accidently I met up at Honda and I was not pleased with their services at all. i felt attacked and pressured to buy and I immediately left after 20 mins. I then realized I was supposed to be at the Chevrolet dealership and so I headed over there. I walked in and with warm welcome and hospitality I was greeted with the receptionists at the door. They were great and I felt hey yall have changed my day from the dealership I just left. The young lady asked me if I needed water and popcorn while I waited and I said sure. After a little bit of time a salesperson by the name of Christian Rodriguez came up to me and greeted me with the same warm welcome and asked me what I was in for today. I told him I was looking for a vehicle and he immediately took me to the cubicle and started the transaction. We went through what I liked what I didnt liked and what price range I was looking for. He then brought a couple of different cars for me to test drive and some I did and some I didnt. So then he stated what EXACTLY are you looking for and I told him a 2-door coupe Honda. Unfortunately none were on the lot at the time and were to be transferred from another location. After looking into all what was provided and what I was working with he then stated well I now know what type person you are and what taste you have so lets test drive this 2013 malibu. I said ok lets go. After test driving the malibu we came back in and he said how did you like it. I stated it was a nice vehicle but it was WHITE and I despise white and red. He laughed and said lets see what we can do. Afterwards he stated he had a surprise for me after dealing with the finance dept and he said I think you are really going to like this. He brought me outside one last time and I see the white malibu again and I stated Christian I told you no more white cars. He immediately pressed the autostart on the 2014 black malibu in the corner and he said no we are not test driving the white one but the black one in the corner thats YOU! We went over looked inside he told me ALL the features and how the vehicle worked. After all the long time at the dealership that day I rolled off with a 2014 Black Malibu LT. I was and still am excited about making this purchase. Everyone is like I love your car and love the way it rides. Christian made my experience the best experience ever. Overall if you want a car Rick Hendricks Chevrolet in Duluth is the place to go!!! They work with you and make sure you are in the car most pleasing to you. I recommend Christian but I am sure all of the sales reps are a GO! More
