He was kind, courteous, professional, and upfront. FYI.. we traded later this day with a dealership that paid what our trade was worth and we feel that we paid a fair and reasonable price for the truck. We don't expect the dealerships not to make money, but we also don't expect to be ripped off and they make all their money on us. We won't ever be back, not even so much for an oil change.
