I greatly appreciated the fact that he was very, very knowledgeable about the products and able to really educate not only my myself, but two teenage boys shopping with their weary mother. Mr. Wright is engaging and friendly. My family and I felt as if he actually placed our best interests first. He aided excellently in price negotiations and I didn't even see him sweat (hardly) as I gave him the toughest time that I could muster.
