I Drop $3000 To Run Out Of Gas? Brought our used vehicle to this dealership for service only. Purchased from another Rick Hendricks dealer a year and half before and were unsatisfied to say the least, so we were looking to start over elsewhere. This dealership serviced our 2007 Acadia in a timely manner and the service department employees were honest and friendly. I do feel that our repairs were overpriced, but that's what you get at any dealer, right? Bottom line...if I drop $3000 for repair work at your service department, please don't inform me the vehicle is ready for pickup only to let me run out of gas before I can get down the road to the first available gas station. Pushing my car down a busy highway when I could have easily had any of my four small children in the vehicle is unacceptable and dangerous. Left this dealership two phone messages afterward. A manager did contact me a week or two later, apologized for the thoughtlessness, and gave us a free oil change in the future, While it doesn't excuse what happened, it was a step in the right direction. More

My Experience I am writing this on behalf of Lexi's request. Lexi has to be one of the sweetest, outgoing persons that I have encountered. When I purchased from her a couple months ago I thought I was set on the chevy malibu. I was shopping multiple different places and many different models. She made sure to provide me with all the information to make me feel confident in my decision to go with the buick verano. I had visited Jim Ellis before I came to Rick Hendrick. I was completely unsatisfied with the overall back and forth service I had received. My sales person seemed unprofessional, lacked in product knowledge, and did not respect my time. It could just be that i came on a busy day, and I was asking a lot of questions. I just didnt feel like i was getting treated in the greatest of manners. I sent in a request online on the color combination of a verano i was interested in on rick hendricks website, and I was contacted by Lexi within the hour. Immediately, I felt like she was such a positive person. She did a really thorough job of asking me what all I wanted in my new vehicle. They had the exact vehicle that had everything I wanted. She made sure to schedule an appointment to make sure she could work with me personally. When I came to Rick Hendrick it was a complete different atmosphere. They were so friendly, and I was immediately greeted by lexi upon arrival for my appointment. All smiles and already had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me. She made me feel right at home, water popcorn and great coffee. She spent close to 40 minutes going through the vehicle with me (im not the most tech savvy person in the world).I was in love with the luxury look of the verano in comparison with the malibu!! When we got back from the test drive, she made sure to ask multiple questions to see where she could save me money. Little did I know that because I bank with Associated Credit Union I received extra discount... This was probably why i was quoted higher at Jim Ellis. The numbers achieved my finance goals, and I took that deal. Mustauf was my finance manager, and he made sure to take great care of me. He had all my paperwork ready, and I had so many questions he made sure to address each question I had. 30 minutes later I was in my brand new car! She even programmed the radio stations from my honda. Reading the other comments, it just proves you can't satisfy everyone. Take it from someone who took the time to actually write a detailed review. Lexi has consistently in touch with me, she even sent me a gift card on my birthday, and she has treated everyone I refer to her grandly, whether they ended up purchasing from her not. I would highly recommend her, and the dealership as a whole. You would have to be an extremely difficult person to not want to purchase from here. More
