Always a Good Experience! I purchased my new Buick Encore at Rick Hendrick. I was pleasantly surprised by Lauren, a friendly no pressure salesperson, who made my buying experience as painless as possible. Corey Wright is my service advisor, and when I brought my car in for a question he greeted me by name even though he had never met me, and was patient with me while making my wait a minimum. Great guy! I don't generally like dealerships, but Rick Hendrick Buick is an exception! More

Service Dept my wife went to the service department for an oil change, a front light bulb, and rear light bulb replacement. The dealership upsold her on all this my wife went to the service department for an oil change, a front light bulb, and rear light bulb replacement. The dealership upsold her on all this other crap and did the work for that, but not the bulb replacements. how do you not do what we wanted in the first place? but of course do all the work you recommend? so I go back and speak to someone in service and they told me my wife declined the light bulb replacements -__- WHY would she decline the work for what she came here for in the first place! The service dept needs to get it together. We spent $275, paid for all this extra crap, but they didnt even fix what we wanted. I feel like its the classic case of dealerships taking advantage of women who dont know any better. And I say this coming from someone who has worked in automotive for the last 10 years. More
Never was able to make a purchase Sales associate made a promise that the dealer did not keep and was against company policy. Extremely upset and training needs to be made a priority. Salesperson Not educated My name is John Randolph and I wanted to take a little time out of your day to discuss the service I received at Rick Hendrick GMC Buick back when I p My name is John Randolph and I wanted to take a little time out of your day to discuss the service I received at Rick Hendrick GMC Buick back when I purchased my vehicle this past June. What a beautiful clean and well kept facility you have. Very nice. I purchased a vehicle from you guys June 16th, 2018 GMC Acadia Fwd Drive SLE 2. I mentioned to the sales guy (Cameron) that I wanted to trade my 2013 Honda Accord V6 fully loaded from heated mirrors to smart wipers for something with a little more room. I'm not really into trucks and my parents have an Acadia '07 and I love it, hence the reason I was in to look at them. I made the salesman (Cameron) aware that I like the Acadia and needed the room because: A- I race road and mountain bikes so needed the space. B- I do a lot of camping etc. C- I have a large dog. D- Most importantly , I was purchasing a camper and needed something to pull it. At the time there were two Acadia's on the lot. Mine and a white one which was the SLT. I test drove the SLT and liked the way it drove so we started the paperwork. I said I didnt like the white that much, what other colors do you have. He pulled my current vehicle up and put them side by side. Same body, same wheels same interior etc. I asked the salesman (Cameron) what's the difference in the two vehicles. (Cameron) said the difference was the white Acadia had the Bose System, on screen Navigation, Leather seats, regular floor mats and that was it. Bose system I can do without. The navigation system I can live without. Leather VS Cloth seat- Took the cloth seat option because of my dog and my model had all weather mats. Awesome let's go with the grey. Here is my issue and why I wanted to contact you. The Salesmen was not educated on the vehicle at all. All he knew was the few things that he told me and that was it. Over and over I had different pictures of different campers and even showed several campers that I was going to look at that next week. The vehicle is a 4 cyclinder 👀. I didnt even know SUVS came with a 4 cyclinder engine. I didn't find this out until around a month after having the vehicle when I went to buy my camper. My towing capacity is only 1,000. That's not what I was looking for. We did not do a walk around inspection. He didn't get in to show me how to work anything. I drove off the lot with a little over a half tank of gas. I ran out of windshield washer fluid in about 1 week of using it a few times. I had to go back during the week to get my tank filled up. I promise I cant make this stuff up. I came back later on to see (Cameron) and he was not in. I finally caught up with (Cameron) and he said " hey man, hows it going, hows the car". "I said not good" and I asked, "hey, you remeber why I was buying a SUV right?" He said yeah for the bikes and I said remember I was buying a camper as well. " oh yeah, did you get it?" "NO, you put me in a 4 cyclinder." He went back to say its a V6. I said no. He said , "let me look it up." I said look it up and sure enough, its a 4 cyclinder. Didn't even apoligize that he put me in the wrong vehicle. Now I have to put all this money down to get in a V6 when Initially thats what I thought I was getting. On top of that,I have had nothing but issues with my car. See below for the issues: Car has turned off twice while sitting in traffic- Not the auto start/stop but completely shut off. Putting it in reverse, its a hard reverse and the vehicle is new- Normal driving. The vehicle RPM's have raced up very high while traveling to a race one day while the cruise control was set. The grid on the back up camera- out of every 10 backups, the grid will only come up 3-4 times. The other day the auto start engaged and the vehicle struggle to shut off. The light turns green, vehicle struggles about 8 seconds trying to restart back up. 10/15/18 my passenger blinker in the rear goes out 😕. When I have pressed on the gas on the freeway several times, the vehicle stutters, sort of stalls and then goes. Once again, my car is back in the shop and the dealership I took it to immediately knew what the issue was. I explained all symptoms to the techs at Rick Hendrick, not saying they are bad techs, but they could not find or did not know what the issue was. I'm very discourage stemming from this process. I wanted you to be aware of this situation. I love my vehicle even with the issues, but I have to trade it in a few months due to it interferring with what I like to do. It'd be nice if the Rick Hendrick floor sales crew is more educated on the vehicles on the lot. Every other sales person when I told them the story said the same thing that the salesmen should have known. Thanks I hope your day is going well Sales Guy- Cameron Jacksonimage.png More

Her positive attitude encouraged me to take the long drive from Gainesville Ga. to Duluth Ga. I met with Me. Allison, one of the managers and she introduced me to my excellent customer service rep., Allee McLaren. He along with finance team took me through a stress free and seamless process. Only 2 1/2 hrs. versus a whole day. Unfortunately, my financing was done through my credit union. 3.58%. Kudos to the purchase process. Thanks team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth. More
This dealership is NOT TO BE TRUSTED Before you read on, you must know that if you choose to deal with Rick Hendrick Buick GMC to purchase a car, you have an IQ problem! I worked with 3 Before you read on, you must know that if you choose to deal with Rick Hendrick Buick GMC to purchase a car, you have an IQ problem! I worked with 3 members of staff to purchase a used Audi. Since I was from out of town, I trusted the salesman, sales manager, and general sales manager to provide accurate and trustworthy information on the car before I saw it in person. They stated the car was in near-perfect condition and assured me I would be delighted with it. After spending many hours finalizing the purchase agreement and financing, I flew from Florida to go to the dealership to take the car (they did at least pick me up at the airport). I found the car in terrible condition, and it was obvious that these 3 staff members had not even looked at the car. The front of the car required at least $3,000 in paint and body damage! I was left in Atlanta without transportation and what to do next. Rick Hendrick offered nothing to help me, not even a ride to hotel! I did find an excellent Audi, 1 year newer and at a lower price, at a nearby dealership. My son now has a safe and nice car, and Rick Hendrick still has their terrible car on the lot. I urge anyone interested in purchasing from Rick Hendrick to stay away!! More
