Liars First off they were proactive to earn my business that is why I give them the one star. After some negotiating the price and the value of my trade we came up to we had 33,000 OTD on the table and my trade was worth more than half that. After doing some shopping around other dealerships had told me that deal was unreal. So I called back to speak to a maneger ashed to send him the texts that the sales rep had exchanged. I did happily. Afterwards I called him back and he said there's no way he can sell that truck for that price. And he said a few things that told me I didn't want to business with them. He asked me a few time how I came up with 33,000. Like it was my fault. Pathetic. I asked him how are we going to fix this (basically) and he said we couldn't even do 35,000 out the door so I told him I am going to take my business to auto nation toyota. Then just said sorry. Haha I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, OR ANYONE. DO NOT DEAL WITH KEVIN OR MALLORY...!!! More

Horrible customer service The customer service sucks. I made three compliants and no change. They don't work as a team. It's one thing if they were busy it's another when they know there is no manager in the office. It's bad when you ask to speak to a Manager and they state no manager is here. I see why the service sucks. They don't greet you at your car they will sit in the booth waiting for you to come to them. This place customer experience is horrible. It might be different when management is there but when they are not man! The service decline and the attitudes sucks. Another thing.i was a t the gate waiting for the door to come open and the tall white older guy seen me at the door and instead of him coming out to tell me to come closer and the door will open he just looked at me. After 5 minutes aftè calling him all types of names I call the office and said I can't get in and he said come closer to the door but if I didn't call he would have let me sit there until I've figure all out now mine you I was moving the car back and forth to see if it would open. I had to get closer to the door for it to open. I tell you this older guy could have came to the door to help me. The service is horrible and I had to come out my car and wait to assist me when they weren't busy at that time. I'm extremely passed with the service. I had other issues but I can't remember them right now... More

Skip the extended warranty - waste of money!! When I purchased my Acadia from Rick Hendrick, I was "convinced" to purchase the extended warranty. While still under the extended warranty, my air c When I purchased my Acadia from Rick Hendrick, I was "convinced" to purchase the extended warranty. While still under the extended warranty, my air conditioner stopped cooling. We took it to the dealership in Duluth and were told they could find nothing wrong with it. There was obviously something wrong since the unit was out of Freon, but they could not find the problem. They assured us if the problem continued, it would be covered since it was reported while under warranty. Fast forward 18 months. While working on a recall, the technician found the leaking hose covered in the dye they had used in an attempt to find the leak originally. The extended warranty on the car had expired, and although the evidence the leak had existed when first reported, it will now NOT be covered and will cost $600. I contacted GMC, but since the warranty is sold and serviced by Rick Hendrick, there is nothing they can do. Save your money. Do not purchase the extended warranty. oh, and after the warranty work was complete, my heater did not work. Again with could not find the problem. I paid someone else to fix it!! After the sale, you are just an annoyance. More
