One of the worst customer service staff anywhere I have been going to this dealership for service out of no other choice (distance from my house) for my brand new Mazda. I have a 6 complimentary ser I have been going to this dealership for service out of no other choice (distance from my house) for my brand new Mazda. I have a 6 complimentary services when I purchased my Mazda from another Rick Hendrick. I've been here three times. Let me summarize my experiences: 1. The full service (30 min task) takes about 4.5 to 5 hours every time. 2. They never look you in the eye when you come up or even greet you. 3. They disappear for hours and you can't find the service managers. 4. They act like you're stupid - for example, one service manager told me I need to prepare better by calling the dealership ahead of time to make they have my oil filter. I made an appointment, so why the xxxx do I have to make sure they are prepared? 5. They lost my wheel lock ($60) once, then blamed it on me, so I bought a new one from next door, then miraculously they found it, but they wouldn't buy the new wheel lock from me. They asked me to call a manager who never answers the call. 6. I've had tire lights go off after I get on the highway and when I call them they don't have direct line to the actual dealership, just a call center, so have to turn back for them to reset the light. 7. Quality of the actual work is poor. 8. Dealership is clean and has coffee - that's about all the good things about it. I'll never go back and I encourage you never to give them your business. I will now drive 45 extra minutes on top of my 45 minute drive to go to Rick Hendricks Mazda Mall of Georgia. More

Trade In First, I don't know how this dealership got my contact info, but all of a sudden I started receiving numerous phone calls from sales consultants regar First, I don't know how this dealership got my contact info, but all of a sudden I started receiving numerous phone calls from sales consultants regarding "good news. I can trade in my Buick before my lease ends and get a great deal." So I made an appointment with Makaylah to have my vehicle appraised. When I arrived, I was referred to sales consultant, Eursula Marsh. After test driving a couple of vehicles, she introduced me to the manager. He sat down and informed of my options and what my car note payments would be. For some reason I thought the payments would be lower than he quited, considering the fact I was trading in my 2013 Buick, which was in excellent condition. I kept asking him and Eursula what the trade in value was on my car and if there was any equity that could go towards the new vehicle. Neither one of them ever answered my question. I sat at the dealership for hours, only to be told, after 4 hours of waiting, that I would have to wait until Monday for a final decision because GM Financial was closed on Sundays and they needed the exact payoff amount on my car. Eursula assured me she would call me on Monday to keep me informed. After not hearing from her, I called later that evening and left her a message. She never returned my call. I then sent an email to Makaylah Johnson. She responded right away and asked if I had a cosigner to "strengthen my loan." I told her no. I didn't understand her question since Eursula told me credit score was not an issue, and that I should be fine because I had been making on time payments to GM Financial. Afterwards, I never heard back from either sales consultants, the manager, or finance manager (Dennis). I feel so humiliated and I feel as though my time was tasted. I feel I was treated like a low class citizen because of challenges on my credit; these people were not professional or courteous enough to call and say something. I will NEVER go back to this dealership for any reason. Very disrespectful! More
