Bad car, bad service, bad dealership. This was by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had, and I buy a lot of cars. I have had better luck with shady private dealerships run out of trailers than I had with Rick Hendricks dealership. See I would be fine if they just did the typical stuff stealerships do (terrible trade-in value, bogus fees, etc..) but they add on terrible customer service. The employees here are completely incompetent, from the knowledge of their vehicles to actually closing a deal. It honestly felt like I was there first ever customer and they were just figuring things out. No one ever returns my calls, they forget to have me sign documents, lose documents I've already signed, and then they blatantly lie to my face. It took over two months to receive my registration and the temporary plates had long been expired, so there I was renting a car out of pocket. When I finally got my registration, a week later the car starts falling apart. Now I was told over and over again that all their used cars came with 3 months warranty, well when I call in explaining I am having issues, they refused to help, they said that warranty only applied to cars over 75,000 miles. and I was at 54,000. Go figure. Anyway, this isn't even half of the problems I had with this dealership, I could go on forever. In the end, I cannot recommend Rick Hendrick to anyone. I cant understand where all these positive reviews come from considering how terrible the customer service is, and I dealt with a lot of the employees, from sales associates to sales managers, finance, to finance managers, even the general manager, none of them returned phone calls and they were all terrible, so it's not like I just got unlucky. These big dealerships deal in such large volumes they do not care about you all. More

First I was told that the contract could not be emailed and it had to be mailed to me FedEx. I received the paperwork 3 days later signed and returned it as requested only to be told that I was missing documents and needed to be signed this processed added 4 extra unnecessary days to my purchase. Once that was finally completed I inquired about delivery it was suggested that I pay them 700 to drive my vehicle driven to me with no guarantee if something were to happen to the vehicle. Much later I was offered a better deal to have the vehicle shipped but, it took so long I had already booked another company. I just don't understand with all the technical support that is available to us nowadays especially with a client purchasing the vehicle outright with no financing they would have a better process than time-consuming mailing of contracts. I had the funds wired directly from my bank that should have been enough to verify the authenticity of my purchase. More
LIED TO ME ABOUT MY CAR! We purchased a used 2017 Certified Yukon. We have had not had the car that long..but we make sure to get the service check-ups and every time they tell us the car is fine. After telling my husband the car felt unsafe..and I was scared driving the children in it anymore.. he took the car last week up to the service department again.. letting them know it is not driving properly..and they told us after two hours of inspecting they could not find anything wrong with it. They called me personally and fed me a load of mess claiming it was just a heavy car..and bigger cars can feel like that because of the engine. Thank the Lord I did not listen to that bull and we took it to another GMC dealership AND THEY FOUND $1500 WORTH OF MESS WRONG WITHT THE CAR. They said the front shocks on the car were locked, the suspension torque was messed up and the steering columns were also messed up. Also on top of that the car needed major servicing which Rick Hendrick services department never told us ! The other GMC couldn't believe that Rick Hendrick dealership gave us back the car ..which could have caused a major accident especially with me having two small children. THIS IS NOT OVER AND WE WILL BE FILING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS. More

I had a recall part on my 2019 TERRAIN and needed and oil change, While the service was done quickly, I was on the highway returning home when it sounded like something fell out of my engine. My screen said "engine power reduced" and the engine light came on..You know mechanics sometimes leave tools, oil caps off etc. I returned to the dealership and checked under my hood first. Its always a good idea after service and from this point on to check under the hood. I was told that the recalled item was not secured and popped off. I wonder if that is what I ran over but because it is hidden under the motor I will, never know! More

I purchased a used vehicle I had requested information several months back about a particular vehicle that i was looking for. Sent me home in an unsafe vehicle. I bought a used truck from here and was sent home in an unsafe vehicle. During the test drive the front end was making a clunking noise which I pointed out to the sales person and asked them to make sure that was not something unsafe. I was told the truck had been looked over very well and would go through safety inspection. They even removed brand new tires which they claimed had cupping (myself or sales person could not feel any cupping so maybe service wanted the expensive tires?) and replaced them with tires nearly half the value to be 'safe'.... but thats besides the point so stay with me. The car was delivered to me and still exhibited the loud clunking noise when going over small speed bumps or potholes so I scheduled to have a local shop look at it as it didn't seem right... well before I could make my appointment one of my ball joints literally broke off while driving leaving me stranded. I am very thankful this did not happen at high speed or while driving in N. GA mountains as it could have killed myself or someone else. It is understandable that something can break on a used car but this was pointed out during test drive and is a huge safety issue if not addressed. A few short weeks (most of that time I was not even using truck as I was away on travel) after buying a truck from Hendricks that was deemed safe I was left stranded and spending 600.00 to fix and thankfully not dead or injured. Upon having these fixed it was 1) very obvious that the old ones were blown out and should have been noticed during any typical safety inspection as there was a ton of play and visually the ball joints were not in good shape and now that they are fixed the truck makes no clunking noise and steers perfectly. More

Andrew came in on his day off to help me and my daughter. We both ended up buying new cars. Austin went above and beyond to get our payments where we needed them to be. These guys stayed until after 11:00 PM to finalize everything. I just can’t say enough good things about them. They went above and beyond, in every way! We had shopped at a dealership in Marietta, on the previous Saturday (different make of car & not a part of Rick Hendrick Automotive) and we had a horrible experience. I am so happy that we went to and purchased from Rick Hendrick Buick GMC! They are a shining example of true customer service! They have earned my respect and definitely my future business. More
Chevy Silverado I have never been to a Rick Hendrick deanship before. I researched my vehicle online, and showed up with my family on a Saturday. My client advisor was Kenmanuel Carrizales, great person, and helped us throughout the process. Ken and staff got me a great finance rate, cheaper than what I was already approved for, to help get me in the vehicle and most importantly as a whole EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS with service and my experience. I originally declined getting regular service due to the length of travel, oil change, etc, but after seeing the detailed process of service and scheduling I might just change my mind. More
